The LuK Special Tool Kit (400 0515 10) is required to professionally replace the flanged shaft seal ring on the engine side. The special tool comprises a thrust piece and a guide piece. The tool ensures that the seal ring is mounted with axial alignment, thereby preventing tilting within the gearbox. The special tool can be used for all gearbox repairs with the LuK GearBOX (462 0155 10/462 0202 10/462 0203 10/462 0231 10) for PK5 and PK6 gearboxes for Renault and Opel/Vauxhall applications.
